Acceptable Use Policy

MemberBot is operated by BNN LTD (Kenya). This policy is part of our Terms of Service. To keep MemberBot safe and to comply with our payment partners and the law, you agree not to use the Service to sell, promote, or distribute any of the following:

• Illegal content or activity of any kind, or content that infringes others' intellectual property.
• Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Weapons, illegal drugs, or other regulated goods sold unlawfully.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive "get-rich-quick" schemes, or unlicensed financial/investment advice.
• Gambling where prohibited, or without the required licences.
• Malware, hacking services, or content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence or hatred.

You are responsible for the content in your channels and for complying with Telegram's Terms of Service and all laws that apply to you and your members. You must be at least 18 and have the right to sell what you distribute.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate a workspace — immediately and without notice or refund — where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, or where required by law, a court, or our payment partners. To detect abuse we may review the information and metadata in your workspace (such as workspace, plan, and storefront names) using automated and manual methods. Where we find seriously illegal content we preserve evidence, report to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC for CSAM where applicable), and cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests. Repeat infringers are terminated.
