💸 If a member's payment prompt goes unanswered twice in a row, we now automatically offer 10% off to help them complete it. A real decline never gets a discount — only the “didn't tap it in time” kind.

🌍 English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian — it follows what your member's Telegram is already set to, so most people never have to pick one. Want a different language anyway? /language in the bot, or the picker in Mini App → My Account, switches it everywhere at once.

Two things to make your dashboard quicker to use. ⚡ Search. There is now a search box at the top. Type what you are after in your own words, like currency, passkey, roles or refund, and go straight there. It opens the right screen, scrolls to the exact field and highlights it. Press / or ⌘K from anywhere, and on your phone tap the search icon in the header. 🔎 Customer contacts. Open any customer and you will find a Contact panel: their phone number, email, Telegram handle and ID, and their Discord account if they have linked one. Each one is a tap to call, email or open, and a tap to copy. 📇 The phone number comes from their payment history, so it is the number they actually paid from and the number they will be prompted on next time. Any notes you have written about them now show on the card too. 📝

Getting paid is where most people get stuck, so we rewrote the guide for every payment method. 💳 Open any one and you will see what it is, who it suits, how long it really takes, and the exact menu path to every key you need to copy. 🔑 The part that matters most: what usually goes wrong. Most payment setups fail quietly. Your keys save, the page looks connected, and then a customer pays and never gets in. Each guide now names those traps up front, like test keys that never recognise a real charge, or the webhook step that decides whether anyone gets access at all. ⚠️ M-Pesa gets the full Safaricom Daraja walkthrough, including the passkey the portal does not always show you. 🇰🇪 Each guide opens itself until that method is connected, then folds away. 📗

🧾 Every member now has an account inside your Mini App: what they are subscribed to, whether it renews itself, and when it ends — the question behind both "why was I charged again?" and "why did my access stop?" 📦 Anything they have bought from you — files, links, services — now lives there permanently. Delivery used to happen once, in chat, so a member who cleared their history had no way back to what they paid for. That came to you. 🚫 Anything that renews can be cancelled there too. A member who cannot find "cancel" reaches for the lever that always works: a chargeback — which costs you the money, a fee, and standing with your processor. 💬 And a Support button that opens a chat with your assistant, already knowing who they are.

Some of your paying members never actually make it into your channel — an invite link that was never tapped looks exactly like one that was, so they sit outside the thing they are paying for and you have no way of knowing. MemberBot now checks who is genuinely inside your chats against who has paid, and quietly re-invites anyone missing.

However many years of payments you have behind you, the list now opens straight away instead of making you wait on every page. You can also search it by member name, not just by ID.

If you pay for MemberBot by crypto or M-Pesa, nothing is stored to charge you automatically — so it is easy to lose access without warning. You now get a reminder 7, 3 and 1 days before your access runs out, plus a few days' grace afterwards, so your bot never stops serving members while you are sorting out a payment.

A failed payment is not always a lost member. Most failures are timing — a card that needed a second try, a wallet topped up an hour later — so those members are asked again at your full price instead of being handed a discount they never needed. Each payment method also gets its own screen and its own waiting time, so a slow one is never reported to your member as failed while it is still going through. And if the problem is your payment setup rather than their card, you hear about it — not your customer.
