How to sell several tiers from one Telegram bot

Once a paid channel works, the next step is usually a second product: a premium group, a separate signals channel, a course, a combo at a better price. Run by hand, each new tier multiplies the admin. Run from one bot, it is a new plan and a few taps. Here is how to structure tiers so they are clear to buyers and easy to run.

Design tiers around what people get

A tier should answer one question clearly: which channels or groups does this unlock? "Premium: the daily analysis channel and the members' chat" is easy to choose. "Premium: more value" is not. Keep the number of tiers small, usually two or three plus a combo.

Price the combo below the sum of its parts, and make it the obvious choice for your most engaged members.

One plan, several channels

Each plan can grant one channel or several. When someone buys, the bot sends a one-person invite link for each channel their plan includes, and when their time ends it removes them from all of them. A combo is simply a plan that includes every channel.

If you also run a Discord server, the same plan can give a Discord role, so one purchase covers both.

Upgrades and overlapping time

Members change tiers. When someone who already holds time in one group buys more of the same group, the new time should queue after what they already have, not overlap it. Buying a different tier is independent: it starts now and runs alongside.

Getting this right matters more than it sounds. A member who renews early and loses days will notice, and will tell other members.

Measure which tiers earn their place

Look at sales and renewals per plan every month. A tier nobody buys adds choice without adding revenue; a tier with poor renewals is telling you its content does not match its promise. Remove or rework them rather than letting the menu grow.
