How can we help?

Step-by-step guides for running a paid Telegram channel or group on MemberBot — create your own membership bot, connect payments (Stripe, PayPal, crypto, M-Pesa & Telegram Stars), build subscription plans, and manage members automatically.

New here? Setting up a Telegram membership bot takes three steps: 1. create your bot with Telegram's BotFather, 2. connect a payment method and create your plans, 3. add the bot to your channel or group — it handles invites, renewals, and removals automatically. Start free and follow the guides below.

The free trial

Every new workspace gets a 3-day free trial on Starter — full access to give MemberBot a real test drive. To start it you add a payment method up front, but you're not charged during the trial: billing only begins when the 3 days end, and you can cancel any time before then from the Billing page and pay nothing. When the trial ends it converts to Starter automatically, so your bot keeps running without a gap.

Monthly vs annual

  • Monthly — pay as you go, cancel or change any time.
  • Annual — one payment for the year, roughly two months free versus paying monthly.

Switch your billing cycle whenever you like from the Billing page; the new cycle is prorated at checkout via Paddle, PayPal, M-Pesa or crypto, so you're only ever charged for the difference. Annual is the best value if you're committed to running your membership long-term, while monthly keeps things flexible if you're still finding your footing.
