How can we help?

Step-by-step guides for running a paid Telegram channel or group on MemberBot — create your own membership bot, connect payments (Stripe, PayPal, crypto, M-Pesa & Telegram Stars), build subscription plans, and manage members automatically.

New here? Setting up a Telegram membership bot takes three steps: 1. create your bot with Telegram's BotFather, 2. connect a payment method and create your plans, 3. add the bot to your channel or group — it handles invites, renewals, and removals automatically. Get admin alerts on Telegram

Get your business alerts as Telegram DMs from your own bot — new payments, code redemptions, milestones, and a daily expiry digest — so you stay on top of things without opening the dashboard.

💳 New payment: Gold plan — $25. Member active until Aug 6.

A live payment alert DM'd to you by your bot

Set it up

Link your Telegram ID. In My Account, add your Telegram ID so the platform knows who to DM.
Start your own bot. Open your bot in Telegram and send /start — this lets it DM you.
Receive alerts. Business notifications now arrive directly in your chat.

What you'll be alerted about

  • New payments — as subscribers pay
  • Code redemptions — when a member redeems an access code
  • Milestones — notable growth moments
  • Daily expiry digest — who is about to lapse, summarized once a day
Tip: A bot can only message you after you have sent it /start. If alerts never arrive, that missing /start is almost always why.

The expiry digest is a quiet daily heads-up — a perfect prompt to fire off a broadcast or lean on AI re-engagement before members drift.
